Tomato Feta Orzo Salad

     When the weather is warm, I prefer to be outside enjoying the sunshine rather than cooking in the kitchen.  
In the summertime I like easy meals and this dish is exactly that.  When the dish has been prepared, cool
in the fridge then take as a side dish on a picnic. 
{Ingredients}
1/2 pound orzo
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup feta cheese crumbles
Handful of parsley leaves, chopped
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper
Optional: 
You can add or remove any ingredients to your liking.  Cilantro would be great in this! 

{Directions}
Heat water in large pot to boil, add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Melt butter in pot while still hot and combine with feta. 
Add cooked pasta to feta butter and combine with parsley, tomatoes, garlic and black pepper.
Optional:  cool in the fridge.
